My micromax phone was submitted for repair to your service center in ghatkoper on the 8th of October 2013. In the column of job sheet number and request number i have w030441-1013-5782565 & r1310fmh5829404. It has been more than 6 months since i have received any call or intimation about my phone. I have been calling the service center every second day, initially the manager would keep promising me a delivery after 2 days every time, now he just ignores my calls. On personally visiting I have found the center perpetually closed.
