Complaint Details
1.100bestbuy.com is an on-line shopping site, cheating customers with false gimmicks.
2.They have supplied to me a product which is defective and doubly priced.
3. Many letters, telephonic calls made.
4.No reply sent by them.
5. They are not replacing the defective product nor refunding the money.
6.They are cheating the innocent public by captivating them by cheap gimmicks while somebody browsing the net.
7. I have written more than 30-40 letters, almost on a daily basis. No reply.
8. Please help me in restoring my money of Rs. 8400/- and please rescue innocent people from being cheated by this company.
