Complaint Details
I applied for Airtel's Broadband connection on 18th February 2014.
I gave a cheque of Rs. 500 as initial payment for the connection

Cheque No. 016464, ICICI Bank
The request was declined because documents were incomplete. I received a sms from Airtel on 20th Feb that request has been declined.
However they encashed the cheque on 22nd Feb inspite of declini ng the connection request.
I registered a complaint with Airtel but didn't get any response

I want them to refund my money ASAP.
