Complaint Details
I had booked Geine Cab with reference number 25461789 at 2:00 PM on 25-3-2014 for pickup at 9:30 PM same day from Hoodi to Majestic KSRTC Bus stand.I was supposed to catch the bus at 11.15PM to Bellary. I got a message at the time of booking saying I will get a message regarding CAB details 20 minutes prior to my pickup time. I waited till 9.30 and since I did not get any message I called customer care. They told me that CAB is not available in my area and told will re divert some other cab which will reach to my place before 10PM for sure and don’t have to try for any other option. I trusted them. I called them again at 9.45PM since I did not get any response from them. They gave me a driver name and number Mr. Jayaprakash and told he is near to my house. When i called him to my surprise he was some 12 KM away from my house. It was already 10PM and I had no option but to take my own car till Bus stand and park, and then go by bus. I finally got delayed and missed the bus and also important business meeting in Bellary. All this happened because I trusted Geine cab. Now who is going to compensate for the same?
