Dear Sir/Madam,
Through your platform I am trying to get my concern addressed which is otherwise being overlooked. I got my refill booked on Feb.27/2014 however which got declined since they(distributor) told that its been already booked on Feb.17/2014 however no one did that in my family. On the contrary I am still waiting for the same. I complained through the portal but all in vain.
