I transfer to NEFT through M-Paisa to SBI bank on 22.03.2014 at Rs.1500. i paid transaction charges Rs.40.but the is amount not received in my bank account. i complaint on 24th and 25th march 2014 in customer care executive in this 55400 toll free number. refund only Rs.1500 refund on 25 march 2014 at 7.30 pm. but not service charges.
