Complaint Details
I have purchased Moto-G mobile phone on 6th Feburary through flipkart.com. On the day I have received 1,000 rupess offer from the company which can be used to purchase apparel from WSretail under flipkart.com.

Later I made a purchase on March 12th. The 1,000 rupee discount i received on moto-G was split among three products I have bought. Later when i received the items, I have realized that one of the three products was a wrong item. Immediately i have returned the item and requested for replacement.

Even after informing their mistake in sending wrong item, flipkart.com sent me the same wrong item again. In total I have returned the same wrong item three items and finally flipkart.com informed me that it is a mistake on their part and the item i bought is currently out of stock. Then I have requested to refund the payment.

Now flipkart.com refunded me only the part payment (cash payment i made through credit card) but not the moto-g discount which was applied on this product.

The discount I have received can be used on any product of WSretal under flipkart.com and should not expire before march 31st.

This is a clear case of cheating to send wrong items and not letting the consumer to utilize their rightful rights.
