Complaint Details
This is my first & last experience with Infibeam, this is the worse online shopping center i have ever seen. I placed an order for Blackberry Z 10 on 7th of March 2014, first i got confirmation that my consignment will be shipped by 17th of March 2014 & it will reach to me within 2-3 days after shipment will be done but till now they couldnt even ship my consignment then i put a request to refund my amount then 2 days back i got a call from their customer care executive stating that my consignment would be ship within 48 hours & when i called up today morning to confirm current status of my shipment, i got a different & socking answer from one of the customer care executive, she said "Blackberry Z 10 is currently not available with them so i have to wait till Tuesday again"...& i am waiting till today for my product
