my no is 8885090969 and
docomo customer care, docomo store(loca andhead dept hyb)non of them is helping in changing my plan. Although at the time of purchasing the sim cards(3 sims family pack) it was told that you can convert them into
prepaid but now they are not helping. I am moving here and there from last 2 months. When i ask them
for closing all the sim cards since the bill very high they told sorry sir for inconvenience this time your plan will be changed. i am attaching the chat which i had with their representative(i copied the chat). This is causing good loss of money on mobile.
