Complaint Details
I have bought Nike slipper on 11th of march from shop as mentioned above. After a week of use stitches of slipper got out .
I did complaint of it in that respective shop and claimed for replacement since it comes and warranty and also satisfy nike terms and conditions of replacement .I did compliant on 22th of march, shop keeper replied we would send it to company and ask them to repair.
Till now I didn't get any reply.
We costumer buy such expensive products for its quality and durability , yet this is complete breach of trust I feel inconvenient.
We should make such brands accountable.
I expect positive reply from government of India.
