Complaint Details
I had an insurance policy in the name of Abhimanyu Talwar which i surrendered after being told that the surrender value was Rs. 2,17,389, In a telephonic conversation on 26th february 2014 with Mr. Mohammad Azeem the customer care executive. but when i surrendered i got Rs. 1,77,968 in my bank account. I want the bank to give the rest of the money back now.
