Complaint Details
I Deepika W/O Manish Chauhan wants to register a complaint against Health Sanctuary Pvt. Ltd. for cheating, fraud and scamming me of Rs. One lakh Twenty Thousand (1,10,000).
 
I had given them a sum of Rs. 1,10,000 for inch loss treatment (namely - Lipo advance R), through this treatment they committed (in Writing) 6" inch reduction from stomach (in 5 sittings), 8" inch reduction from thigh (in 9 sittings), 2" inch reduction from arms (in 2 sitting), face shaping and meso injections.    
 
During my second sitting their staff Jyoti did tampering with my measurements and tried to mislead me and manipulate my records, she was caught red handed by me and Health Sanctuary Manager Dr. Shalini acknowledged, admitted and apologized for the same. This even proves that they cannot fulfil their commitments and intentionally want to cheat people.
 
My face (near jawline) was burnt during a face shaping session at their clinic in the presence of Clinic Manager Dr. Shalini. All of this was reported to Anjana at their Head office by me and Dr. Shalini.  
 
After multiple sittings with no results I stopped going to their clinic, as they are unable to fulfil the committed results hence I asked for a refund which they refused.      
 
Im seeking your intervention for getting my money back with interest from these people, this place has caused a lot of mental harassment, pain and agony in the last 9 months, their owners don't want to meet/discuss with customers and managers don't have anything to say.
