Complaint Details
This is regarding the purchase of product from the company on 16th March 2014 and the Payment against the purchase was made via netbanking. Since then I m follwing my order but they are pretending and making me fool. They said that the product has returned due to wrong address and call not picked which is a complete lie. I have been requesting them to send me Consignment details so that I can track my order but they didn't provide me the details. In this regard I am submitting my complaint here and expect a prompt action from your end.
