I had given my laptop for service and they confirmed that the issue is with the motherboard of the system and they even changed it. But, my battery is not working now, and they say it is dead, while I gave it in working condition and it was working all fine. I counter checked my battery before giving, in another laptop of same model. And I doubt, my battery has been mishandled due to which it is not working now.I mailed them several times but they does not even respond. They are causing lot of inconvinience. Kindly take suitable action.
