Haier India is not ready to repair my TV under warranty and is asking me to pay Rs.22,800/- towards repair of my TV which cost Rs.18,000/- I am really surprised at the resolution given by the service team of Haier India. A repair cost of Rs.22,800/- for TV costing Rs.18,000/-. How can a company charge for repairs replacement more than the actual product cost. I would like to register my complain under unfair business practice by Haier.
