I applied for a new broadband connection to this vendor you broadband Made the payment of 3250 Rs. they said within 7 days the connection will be provided. It's been 18 Days now. No connection has been provided i complaint regarding this to the company they give a complaint no. to me every day by saying your complaint would be addressed in 24 Hours. But no one has responded or contacted me to provide a satisfactory answer for this. When i asked them to let me talk to someone there senior or manager they say we can't allow you to talk our senior manager as per policy. Please help me in this no one is answering my complaint from the company. I have frustrated with all this. They say the connection would be provided with in 7 days but no one even contacted me for informing how much time it will take for the connection. It's been 18 days now. I have attached the payment confirmation to this vendor of 3250 Rs. Please contact me to resolve this.
