I purchased Euro Clean Bravo Vaccum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes, Pallavaram, Chennai. on 29.10.2011
The sales persons who sold the unit to me are Mr. S. Janaki Raman (Mobile No. 917689491) and Mr. Srinivasan (Manager-Mobile No. 9841008329). I paid the entire amount of Rs.4000/- immediately. They promised that the Invoice Bill will be handed over to me within 2 days. Even after 6 months have lapsed they are not giving the Invoice Bill. Since my residence is very near to the Eureka Forbes Customer response centre at Pallavaram, Chennai, I am requesting the manager every week to give the bill. But every time I request, they are telling the same reply that the bill be delivered to your through post within 2 days. This is all going for the last 6 months. Now the unit also is not working. When a service people came to my house they said that the unit is not a new one. He also said that it was already sold to someone and Mr. S. Janaki Raman has cheated you by selling the damaged one and that's why he is unable to raise invoice bill again.
Now I don't want the unit to be repaired..
All I now want is the Invoice Bill for the purchase.
Kindly intervene and punish the cheating people the manager Mr. Srinivasan and Mr. S. Janaki Raman and get my bill delivered immediately. (or) please inform me to whom I have to complaint.
