Dear Sir, On 15/05/2012 I lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes on their number 39883333 regarding my water filter. On 17/5/12 their technician attended the problem and gave me a 3 year contract for the Annual maintenance for which he charged Rs 3300/-. When on 16/06/2012 I again had a problem with the water filter so i called Eureka forbes again and the technician said that the contract for 3 years was not a valid one and it was not their man. After repeated calls to their helpline numbers I am totally shocked that the man came through their helpline complaint, they have it registered in their records that a man came BUT they dont have the details to give me. Their technician took Rs 3300 in cash (enclosed is the photocopy) and now Eureka Forbes is diassociating itself from the whole modus operandi and I have been cheated!.Kindly help and stop this new method of cheating innocent customers.
