Hi

We have purchased water purifier from Eureka forbes on 15th May2012. My customer id is

1009457962.The product name was Enhance Green RO. After so many repeated request

regarding invoice/bill(ticket numbers S41143-T29500
S41143-T29770
S41143-T30147) we finally got bill on 18Th June 2012. This complaint was lodged here

also and the number you provided was COMPLAINT NO: 0002100/2012.

The MAIN concern is that our machine number/s.no is not on the bill whereas some other

machine number is displayed on the bill i.e 1225105326005023. Our machine number/sno. is

6019467 which is not mentioned anywhere in the bill whereas the sales officer from which

we purchased the machine told that this machine number will be displayed on the bill i.e

6019467.

After that we had a telephonic conversation with the accountant i.e Mr Pujari regarding

the wrong number on bill but could not get satisfactory reply from him and he told

that may be there is a mismatch and refused to provide correct bill bearing our machine

number.

Could you Please check the issue and take immediate action asap.

This is the first time I have purchased Eureka forbes product because of good reputation

in market but now I realize that your services are not up to the mark in terms of

commitment and after sales customer service.
