I have purchased aquaguard water purifier from Eureka forbes from T.nagar .when i bought the unit the sales person came around me several times to book the unit after payment he didnt respond my call so went to the office in t.nagar & they told to deliver me the unit on next day & i got it on next day date 19.06.2012 but since then im calling daily for installation they are not at picking my call & responding.. im fed up & embrassed by the response...im now wondering what will be the future response of service from them... i wish the senior authority will take up this issue & give me a good response....The sales person name Mr.vijayakumar 9786860992 & his senior officer Mr.srinivasan 9841008329
