DESCRIPTION
On 5th June I booked a 1 kg shipment through normal DTDC courier and even though the charges were mentioned in the shop, I was asked to pay Rs.200

As per charges table on their website, charges are
85+50 = Rs. 135

I mailed them on dtdcco@dtdc.com, CSS.CO@dtdc.com, dtdcho@vsnl.com, doddanakundi.blr@fr.dtdc.com
They realy don;t care to reply. Couple of email ID's are not existing. I even got a call from Magarpatta Branch from number 9370407114 around 13th June and he promised to return the amount on same day, which never happened. They don;t even care to reply to the customer.
