Complaint Details
I had purchased a 1 TON pallet stacker which was delivered without training or warranty. Upon first use during April itself the stacker broke while lifting 650 kgs, whereas it was supposed to lift 1 ton loads. I called Mr Verma, Mr Amit & Mr Rakesh several times and they assured me that the issue would be resolved after which they started avoiding my calls and the issue has not been resolved. I need them to replace the stacker with a new and proper one, or refund my amount of Rs 51750/-, since even if they weld this one it will not be able to lift 1 ton loads. Plese let me know the procedure. Thank you
