My RO water purifier is under annual maintenance contract. Complained about non-functioning of the machine. Technician came but not attended to the complaint. On 27.6.12 again complained followed by reminder on 28.6.12 on phone No.39883333. Phone call attended by one Mr.Shanmugam, then Mr.Shahenshah and by another lady employee. Complaint is of one Filter replaced by the service center, may it was of sub-standard quality. Complaint remains unattended.
