Complaint Details
We have bought the machine on 13th Feb'12, which is not working from 3rd Apr. Complaint lodged on 4th Apr (complaint no. 86688042).Their person visited on 12th Apr, took the motor, then on 8th May, too the hoze pipe and then no actions.They confirmed for refund of full amt on 14th June but we neither have the refunded money nor the replacement new unit. They come to collect their old machine but we have denied because there is no letter stating we will get our money back or a replacement unit. We have again send them a reminder on 27th June but no revert from their end.
