We are paying around Rs 3600 towards the maintenance and 3-times service of our Aquaguard Water Purifier every year. But, the service guy never bother to turn up except for renewal. He turns up only during renewal or some time randomly without following a regular service approach.

Please take some corrective/legal measures against this company/person
