Complaint Details
Due to improper and unsupported installation of our water filter in our kitchen, it fell down and broke on 17th May. This barely 3 months after installation. We had filed the first complaint on 17th May 2012. On 18th there was a survey done by their team and we were informed that the company team will be informed about the damage. He also said that he will come the next day to fix the installation. However since then we have been making calls regularly but had no response from Eureka Forbes. We were given 2 complaint numbers by their service centre (86955362 and 86924196) for which we have followe d up till now but in vain. Thank you to help us in resolving this issue. Our Model is called Total Sensa which costed us Rs 18,900. The product was sold by salesman named Swamy (9632772804)
