Complaint Details
I bought water purifier from Eureka. Its filter is expired and water is no longer purified. I am no longer using it as water is not clean.
I asked company to provide me a new filter as this is saleable by company service center only. This is done via complain number 87092339 and 87052561. It is more than 25 days and despite multiple reminder, I am not getting filter and mesh.
I am not able to use purifier as it may lead to health issue.
Company is not bothered about its customer and continuosly ignoring.
