I ,Dr.Murtuza Qureshi,am from Hyderabad. I had lodged a complaint for the repair of my Aquaguard water purifier two weeks back, as there was leakage of water from it.The water leakage has reached such a stage that more than half of the water that passes through my appliance gets leaked out, which is getting worse day by day.The service personnel sent by the company couldn't solve the problem, as the replacement cap that was brought by him, did not match with my water purifier. The threadings did not match.He assured me that he'll be back within a few days with a suitable cap.But,i haven't heard from him since last thursday. (28/6/2012) I request you to please look into this matter and oblige
