I logged complaint ea330636ed73 several weeks ago and escalated it several times but received no response. I purchased an air purifier from eureka forbes alomost a month ago and no body ever came for demostration on how to use it, how to install and clean filters etc. pathetic customer service.. I will wait for another month and then file a case in consumer court. When I had inquired abt the product, I was told that I will be given proper demostration on how to use the product.
