Complaint Details
Dear sir, We bought a eureka forbes wet and dry vaccum cleaner on may 28th 2012. The product on 29 th upon which We made the full payment.We were given a receipt with no 003806,and was told that original reciept will be given to us in 2 days. Also they had promised lifetime free service and a free gift of a travel bag and a bag for silk sarees. The sales person promised to deliver these the next day. I had called and requested him for a demo also. But after that inspire of my repeated calling he has failed to deliver these. I also spoke to Mr.srinivas who promised that these things will be delivered the next day but not yet recived. Almost 2 weeks later I got a call from Bangalore customer care for making the final bill which I have not recived still.so my complaints are,
1. Not received the proper bill even after 6 weeks.
2. Failed to deliver the the free gifts promised at the time of buying.
3. Failed to respond to the service call.
