I have AMC 18974676 eff 24/09/2011 to 23/09/2014 for my Eureka Forbes Gold Nova water purifier which has not been working since 30th June and the service technicians are not responding correctly. Even after servicing it stopped immediately and i informed and complained again but inspite of coming once again he was unable to fix the problem and promised to send someone the next day but has not done so. Now they do not even respond to my calls.
