I taken post paid 3G data card (plan data mb 670)on 02/06/2012 from indira nagar branch,bangalore.My connection disconnected due to excess usage than initial deposit.Then i paid interim bill RS 4268 for the period of 02/06/12 to 21/06/12.Then they given activitated connection.After that i used just three days.again i have seen bill through BSNL website Rs 3634 for the period of 01.06.12 to 30.06.12. I went to BSNL office and asked regarding this bill.No response.If you donot want connection you pay bill and we will disconnect the connection.Billing information you go to main office in the bangalore city.we dont know.then they given one landline number for city office.I called that number.they given one more number.I called.no response.They are not care customer at all.They treated like dog.how can tolerate the common man one month bill Rs8000 comes.please solve what are the two bills and breake up.what is the charges ,discount in the bill.they did not tell anything.please stop the this type plans.
