model AG NF CSS code 9042974 RO aquaguard water purifier purcashed in july 2010 from mr. gurunath / mr vijay dubey. after delivery of the machine no technician from aquaguard company turned up for proper installation & demo, after serval complaints made by us for servicing of the machine as within 2 weeks it was not functioning properly,( complaint no: 58960642) (complaint no: 83314289) no technician turned up for service, and we were given several numbers of different people to contact for service issue as nobody could identified what was the problem & how it could be fixed. we were told to contact Mr. Alok Jha/ Mr. yogesh vichare/ mr. vikas/ mr. varig/ mr. siddique/ for service. permanant code no: 1007214165 was given to us, but of no use. request no: 62717566 was given on 27th june 2011. we were asked to pay Rs 3660/- for 1yr service, as during the warranty period aquaguard /eurosmile was to give 4 services checkup free, but they never turned up even after several complaints were made as i hv mentioned the complaint numbers above during the warranty period. rubicon services charged us Rs 3340/- on 14/9/2011 for repair and service of RO filter. ?Mr tausif from Aquaguide enterprise referred by Mr Alok of Amrut enterprise took Rs. 3850/- for AMC on 3/4/2012 till date never turned up for service n also didnt bother to give AMC contract papers or receipt, after calling him several times for service, he gives false identity n fake address of his office.RO filter Issue still remains unresolved. kindly advice how can this matter be resolved.
