Dear Sir,

On 3rd May 2012, we had taken an International Roaming Card from Clay Telecom.

After we got back we got an invoice which was as much as 50-70% Inflated. We know this because we have records of all the conversations made on our phone. The same was reported to the authorities who even came to our residence to verify our records. Their officer agreed to the fault & even agreed verbally to settle for an amount.

We refused to settle & told them that they present us a correct invoice and we will pay the money. They even ensured us that our Credit Card will not be swipped and today morning tried to make 11 swipes, 8 of while were unsuccessful. I have now blocked my credit card and have put a dispute against the approved amount. The same has also been informed to the company.

In the attachements you will find a few of the conversations taken place between us and the company. We are happy to provide print copies of the same.

This is not the first time that Clay Telecom has done this sort of cheating & I would request the forum to bring this case to justice.
