Sir/Madam,
I have been a AirTel DishTv customer has User-id 3004696268 on name of "Dhirendra Chaurasiya"far 3 years more.There is wrong deduction of approximate 25 INR for five new Z network channel by AirTel DishTv from my account.They informed me that five more channel is added in my account and the package now become of 200 INR from 175 INR on the date 7 and 9th July.Due to this my account will expired on 13th July earlier 4 days that shold be on 17th July as per company policy of 175 INR pacakage.As company deducted charge for these new five channel but still these new five channel is not activate in my account.
I complainted about this problem to Company's customer care executive name Amit on date 13th July at 17:02 and also request him to give reason.He replied that These new five channel will activate when I shall recharge of 200 INR.I questioned him that then why your company deducted charge at this time for these new five channel as these are not activated at this time in my account.
I request him to note down my complaint for this wrong deduction charge of these five new channel and refund this amount in my account as early as possible so that validity of my account become 17th July 2012.He did not response me properly and disconnect my call without hearing my request completely.
I request you that please take suitable action on my application so that I can get refund of my valuable money.
