I originally complained with your customer support on 27th June regarding no cooling of my ac. An engineer named Sebastian from Specular Services, camp visited on 28th June did the work and collected 350/- due fees. Since the cooling was still not happening I called him and was advised to wait 2-4 hrs for cooling to happen. This was a bizzare answer, I still gulped it and waited for next day patiently.
As expected the cooling didn't happen next day too and so we called the engineer to which he promptly said he will come and re-visit.
29 July he did not come, I called on 30th he said he will come today, he never came, finally I called customer care they logged another complaint 8489078418. No one came.
1 July I called your customer care and they for some reason logged another complaint- 8443763893!
As usual even with this complaint no one came.
I asked customer care where is your office in Pune in order that I could complaint there, I was asked to check the website for this!
I logged complaint with CEO mail on your site, promptly received a call and was told problem will be solved, till 1:30 no one came.
I visited Mrunal at Wakdewadi office and offered same engineer visiting assuringly, but I refused to accept this offer as the engineer this time told Mrunal that the reason for no cooling is the size of the room is bigger against the size of the ac !! How bizzarre is this again because using this ac in the same 100- 130 sq ft office since 2009 without any problem.
Since my request for refund was rejected I spoke with Santosh Ithape who asked Specular Services to refund the amount. After reaching specular services still amount was not refunded only after my insistence the same was returned.
I got the problem fiuxed wit other local engineer who told the capacitor wasn't working!!!
Samsung guy fooled as had he serviced the ac he would have found the problem with capacitor.
I, my staff and customers have been inconvenienced because of their poor service. I demand sincere apology and compensation from samsung.
