AMC dated 8-11-11.
5 filters are free as per AMC.
2 were already changed. The other 3 require change now.
But technician is unwilling to do so.
The behaviour of the technician was also very rude.

Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unsolved.

The machine is not working properly and is causing health problems.
