I have bought Aquaguard Reviva and regret my decision. It has not been working for over a month & they have not even bothered to contact me. Complaint no. is e5d3147e2e15. Their cus care is a joke. I want my money back. Eureka Forbes is the worst company I have seen in my life. They are worser than the worst. Their cus care executive Ms. Anu Kotian or the Head Cus Care Mr. Vinath Hegde are least bothered about it.


If this is a vacuum cleaner, I dont mind them taking 2 or more weeks to rectify it since I can manage without it. But with a Water Purifier, we can't even be one day without it. I wonder how the people at Eureka Forbes be so lethargic about it.
I have lost faith in Eureka Forbes that my issue will be resolved. Also I will never ever recommend their products even to my enemy.
