Complaint Details
I have bought a Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel vacuum cleaner, but found that it is not starting after plugging in to power. Registered the complaint via Eureka Forbes website and call centre both. After repeated escalation, one representative visited my place and informed that the item needs to be examined by technicians and he took the item with him with a promise to return within 3-4 days. After 2 weeks no one has returned the item and nobody is even picking up my call.
