I purchased Electrolux Window A/C on date 17-05-2010 from faridabad. The A/C stopped cooling last month and for which i registered a complain in the Electrolux customer care on date 18-06-2012 (complain no. EGUR1806120145). Service engineer arrived on date 18-05-2012 and told us that it is sensor failure and subsequently changed the sensor which costed me around Rs.1000/-. After running for 7-8 days the A/C again stopped cooling for which i again registered a complain (EGUR2706120046) on 27-06-2012. But nobody turned for any solution till 02-07-2012. Then i again registered a complain on date 02-07-2012 with a complain number (EGUR0207120192). Finally after 4-5 days with repeated conversation with Electrolux customer care, somebody from A-ONE cooling solutions, Faridabad arrived at my place. The service person detected the possible case as problem in compressor as well as gas leakage. The service person again left and again came back on around 13-07-2012 for taking the A/c to their service centre. Finally yesterday they fixed up the A/c at my place and charged me Rs. 2500/- for Gas and compressor repair. But again the A/c has stopped working since last night.
I am using this A/C in the Beauty salon and this is the series of worst customer care i have ever experienced in my life. As a customer i have lost a big sum of money in the whole process related to worst service and also to my business loss because of unavailability of A/C environment.
Also, I am not able to understand that if my A/C has 4 years of compressor warranty then why should i pay for anything related to compressor repairing (Even Gas leakage or replacement when compressor has problem).
Still, if am not getting proper response after this mail then i will be forced to go to Consumer Court and will file this issue.i also want my considerable amount money back which i spent on this whole process of repairing (Rs. 3500/-) because eventually my A/C problem is not rectified.
