Complaint Details
I had taken my AMC from Eureka for 2 yrs and they are supposed to come for servicing every quarter. They hardly turned up (I think not more than 3 times in the last 2 years) for servicing. Every time I call them up for servicing and after 2-3 reminders they will come. Had enough pain with them and now they are saying the contract expired. They are supposed to change the filters twice during the contract period, which also I think it is not done. Now they are charging for the same. Appreciate your help on the same.
