Gujarati Matrimony is a sub-division of Bharat Matrimony. Their website address is www.gujaratimatrimony.com

Their business is to provide matrimonial services.

They have free as well as paid membership.

I opted for paid membership for 3 months for my son and daughter on 24-4-2012. Their profile Nos. are G816444 for my son Jaykumar Doshi and G402403 for my daughter Nikita Doshi.

The paid membership permits of leaving message on other member's profile irrespective of other side being a paid member or free member.

Any free member can not leave a message but can show interest to any othe r member. The interest shown could be accepted or declined.

During my paid membership, I experienced that if other member show interest, I was not able to leave a message unless and until I accept the interest shown by other member. The other members who show interest were faceless profiles (without snap) and I did not want to accept or decline but wanted to leave a message. Their software is not permitting leaving a message unless accepted which is denial of the service of leaving message though taking service charge as subscription for this facility.

I wrote to them but they refused to correct the software. Thus they denied me service for which they took payment from me.
