Dear Sir,
We have RO purifier of Eureka FOrbes ltd. We have their Annual maintenance contract. Our RO stop working on 5th July and since then we made a dozen of phone calls to EurekaForbes service contractor and also to company offices ion Ahmedabad along with their web site consumer forum. But unfortunately we are not getting the service from them. We want our money back so that including the payment we made for AMC contract. This is associated with our health and they are not doing their duty of after sales. We have suffered a lot and wasted a lot of energy behinf this. Please help us so that thiscompany can provide our service which is our legal right. Also please ask them pay our money back as they have failed in their service and product.
I hope our complain will be heard here.
