I Miss Pooja Davawalla purchased a dress of 13500/- from Mrs Natasha shah at an exhibition at WTC mumbai on 21/07/2012 where in Rs6000/- advance was given balance would be given against delivery of dress on monday 23/07/2012 as promised.A call was made from my end on monday to confirm the delivery status for which i was told it will be delivered on tuesday. Tuesday morning Mrs Natasha calls up to inform me that her delivery boy is unwell and i m supposed to send her the money by net banking for which she would courrier me the dress by wednesday or thursday.When i refused to transfer the money by net banking i was told that if i didnt know net banking in this era its not her fault. also when i claimed for refund as i did not receive my goods on time as promised by the company i was flatly refused for the same and told through a SMS communication that " I told you i will deliver so i will deliver. So Relax. It's either going to be tomorrow or thursday and if u need it before that you can collect it from bandra. And if u speak to me in this tone, Or else i will postpone the delivery even further. So don't piss me off more. " these are actual words of Mrs Natasha evidence is with me in the form of her SMS.I have applied for an NC at the bandra police station for the same as i feel the arrogance was not needed and this highly unprofessional attitude isn't the right way to do business inspite of paying the advance and still not having the product delivered.I have complete faith in your organization and refund my hard earned money back after having seen so many examples on internet.
