Complaint Details
I purchased RO water purifier system from Eureka Forbes based on the promise that borewell water can be made to drinking water. But the unit delivered to me does not do the same. My machine is still under warranty period.I have followed the customer service request steps in four stages.(Pl. see attachment).As there was no solution from them after these steps till 16/07/2012, I am lodging this complaint to you. If they can not give me a machine able to use RO THEN let them take back their machine and pay back my money.
