Complaint Details
I have placed order of aakash tablet with DATAWIND INNOVATION PVT. LTD.8148,Jubilee Complex,Sultanwind Road,Amritsar -143001 in december 2011 (ubislate 7+) vide order no. AA90FA7 the amount have been already paid through cheque 485458 pnb, sadar bazar. the amount of Rs.2999/- INR debited from my account on 24-3-2012.
but till date i have not recieved the above mentioned device.
In this regard i have made many requests to the company through emails at "SupportIn(NC)" supportin@datawind.com, and the response through email dated 21-5-12, 25-5-12, 26-6-12 , but again sorry to say that company has not delivered the device till date.
After every 15 days i get answer from the company through the teleohonic consersations and emails that your device will be delivered after next 15 days and same icidents are repeated continuesly from more than 2 months now.I have also made a request company ceo at sumeet@datawind.com but no reply from his side. so please see in this matter as it turn to fraud
AND PLEASE SORT OUT THE MATTER SOONS AND GIVE THE DIRECTION TO THE COMPANY TO DELIVER MY DEVICE SOON
