Dear Sir/Madam
Again Eureka Forbes Ltd. is making problems.
Not responding to complaints for more than 45 days.
What should the consumer do? Writing mails to cfbp and ccrc? Is that enough?
What you will do for these types of business practices?
OK, what next? again lack of response.
My complaint details: No.: 67058521; dated: 13.06.2012;
Still not attended even after frequent reminder calls. Even though the service centre is in my locality.
Today morning my water purifier stopped working. Our drinking water totally relies on that purifier. Now what to do?
The general service date is 19.07.2012. But no one showed up.
Will cfbp or ccrc do anything or every consumer should go to the court for these silly inconveniences which causes more damage?
Please put an end to these types of business practices.
