The Respected authority,
I had purchased inverter with battery from Amar power(shop no 3, Parijat Scoiety, gauri bhavan, gavathan road opp scooter parking, near rail subway, pf no1, virar west , thane 401303, Cell: 9221286677) on 9th August 2010. The battery had come with a warranty period of 30 months. However, recently (two months) the battery is not functioning. I filled a complaint with the dealer (amar power) on 13th June 2012. I was advised to get my battery replaced for a new one by the serviceman. When i communicated to the Okaya battery provider (alladein care) , i was told that the battery would be replaced within 7 days from the requested date. As per the Company personnel’s instructions I returned the battery to my dealer and till today the company has not given me the new battery.
I have made several phone calls and email conversations with my dealer as well as the Alladein care, but have failed to get any response. It’s harassment for a family who stays in a Load shedding zone in Maharashtra where there is daily power cut. We have been tortured and harassed by the company and all the people who are involve with this since two months.
Please help me to get the justice.
