I purchased an android online course from HCL Store on 7th June vide Order No:60434 by internet banking which payment and order was duly acknowledged by them vide email(Copy attached). Since then the company is not replying to any of my queries regarding non delivery of the product.Indeed on 24th july the Live Chat operator left the chat and closed it when I posted the query regarding info about delivery of the order. I had made the online purchase trusting the reputation of HCL(Hindustan Computers Limited) but their Store has proved to be a fraud.
