Aquaguard HiFlo purchased by Officers Mess of Indian Navy Hospital Asvini on 07/6/12. Despite complaints no installation. Request 87102354 filed for return of product for full refund on 18/6/12 view poor service. Also multiple complaints under ref 25f14d686d39. First engr visited for installation on 29/6/12. Engr returned by us as we have no faith in the company's service. Request collect the product and issue full refund to close the matter asap. Unit lying unused & packed
